We're looking for an experienced personal lines insurance agent with great leadership/managerial skills.

Expectations

• Must be team-oriented, and live out our values of Family-Focused, Thorough, and Helpful every day to coworkers and customers
• Ability and skills to lead a 5 person personal lines team with 3 direct reports.
• Ability to service/manage middle-market & High Net Worth private client accounts
• Must be P & C licensed with a minimum of 5-10 years in the insurance industry.
• Highly qualified applicants with less experience will be considered.
• Generate and manage new business, while retaining and servicing existing clients.
• Client Management experience is mandatory, including working with clients and company underwriters. Coverage detail and review with clients.
• Proactively identify and act on cross-sell opportunities.
• Ability to navigate and learn an agency management system & proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of specific company products while matching customer needs.
• 2-20 licensed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
