Position: Sales/Business Development Representative

Schedule: Full Time Position

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (based on qualifications & work experience)

• Travel Reimbursement
• Reimbursement of business expenses

We are seeking experienced, focused, motivated person to work in our Business Development department.

Qualifications:

· Associate degree or above

· Two years’ experience in medical sales

· Valid Driver’s License

· Reliable Transportation

Preferred:

· Experience in selling outpatient substance abuse, intensive outpatient programs, and inpatient/residential treatment services

· Experience in working in a for profit treatment center

· Experience working/collaborating with other referral facilities such as treatment facilities, hospitals, and local court systems

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging stakeholders in the community to establish a collaborative relationship, attending luncheons, seminars, conferences, and other opportunities to engage the medical community.

25-50% travel in the local Tampa Bay area (Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, and northern Manatee County)

Workday Synopsis:

Hours may vary, a typical week consists of Monday-Friday. You will be expected to make a set number of contacts per day (and per week, per month). This can include meetings with other facilities, outbound phone calls, attendance to local meetings/conferences/seminars/etc.
