Position Overview:

The Retail Sales Associate, Operations role will execute store functions in relation to operational efficiency that impacts the overall quality of customer experience, while ensuring excellence in all areas and maintaining Canada Goose’s expectations of quality and authenticity.

What You'll Do:

• Contribute to store’s overall target by achieving productivity standards
• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets
• Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication and teamwork
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions
• Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with Canada Goose’s culture
• Comply with store operating procedures to minimize store shrink
• Handle all Point of sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards
• Ensure overall accuracy in inventory
• Ensure proper organization and accessibility of Canada Goose’s products
• Process inbound and outbound shipment, replenishment, damages, return to vendor, etc.
• Support in the overall upkeeping of physical store maintenance and standards
• Effectively maintain Visual Merchandise directives
• Drive Canada Goose's Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Let's Talk About You:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environment
• Proven track record of successful store operations
• Previous experience working in high-volume traffic locations for affluent and luxury brands
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment
• Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word and Excel
• Bonus points for proficiency in another language
