We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative and Administrator who is detail-oriented, enjoyes speaking to people on the phone, interested in learning new technology and is simply wanting to be better today than yesterday. We are fun and easy and hope to find someone who is the same, in search of a perfect work-life balance.

This position offers flexible hours, work-at-home or our office (need you there sometimes), days-off and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The right candidate will be an organized multitasker with an interest and prepensity for technology (primarily in Customer Relationship Management CRM). Any experience with previous positions in phone sales and customer care, software and CRM would be great. We do train but hope to find a candidate who roles up their sleeves, learns and succeeds. Although we are part of a large, national and international organization, we are a small and growing team serving the Tampa-Sarasota region so independant workers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Build trust with existing clients and encourage past clients to buy again.
• Call potenial clients (we have a lot of data on them) with the goals to offer a quote or establish an appointment with our sales team. There is no "deep level" telephone selling so much simpler with few mean prospects!
• Use our ecommerce system to process orders and administrate our systems.
• Note: If you have interest in social media and writing this would be a plus. We currently have an outside consultant.

This position offers a base hourly rate, bonuses for each quote provided and a commission based upon sales that occur due to your quotes that are accepted and salesperson appointment setting. Pay: $36,500.00 - $45,962.00 per year
