Full description of the position

You will lead initiatives and projects related to changes impacting business processes, systems, and technology, as well as, supporting changes in organizational structure – ensuring appropriate and streamlined communications to foster awareness and knowledge sharing. You will coach and develop teams to build capabilities to adapt to change.
This position reports to the Director of Program Management within the Nestlé Purina Digital Foundry and is responsible for developing and implementing Change Management strategies and activities to mobilize and engage stakeholders. These strategies will maximize employee adoption and usage, while minimizing resistance. This role interacts with business stakeholders across the Nestlé Purina organization and should be able to quickly develop credibility and build strong relationships.
- Develop and drive the Change Management strategy and plan across the different dimensions of Change Management (i.e., Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact Assessment, Change Networks, etc) for assigned portfolio projects while ensuring alignment with project goals. Establish and track success criteria and KPIs
- Build stakeholder engagement plans, performing change impact assessment and defining actions to mitigate risks and assess change readiness of stakeholders
- Collect change impact documentation to perform change impact analysis for projects; leverage analysis to apply mitigating actions against change impacts collected to include training coordination, communication approach, and action planning.
- Partner with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to promote engagement and adoption - track progress and escalate issues and risks as appropriate
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications as a change impact mitigation
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with an emphasis in Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or Communications
- 5+ years successfully leading Change Management for multi-functional and technical projects in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years of experience providing internal learning and training at a Program Level
- Experience with 2 or more technical integrations focused on continuous or process improvement.
