Who We Are

Market Street Shoes is a full service shoe and clothing store on a mission to provide the best customer experience in our area!

We are looking to add someone to our team who is willing to work hard to support our ideals of what the customer experience should be. Do you love footwear and apparel? Have an eye for fashion and styling? We have a full-time position open right now and we'd love to know if you would be a good fit. Our current team is made up 15 folks who weathered the pandemic together, without any layoffs, strengthening our commitment to each other and our community. Our ideal team member is enthusiastic, kind, and professional. They enjoy learning about product, and also sharing their knowledge with our customers.

The Sales Associate Position

As a Sales Associate, it is your job to sell our high-quality products while providing a luxury customer service experience to every customer that walks through our door. We ask that you maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times to ensure you’re providing best level of service. You must embody and follow our company’s core values and policies.

Compensation

$18.75/hour plus commission. Generous employee discount, and benefits for full time employees. Experience preferred but not required. We offer extensive in-house training to support company goals and your growth as an employee. We love to promote from within and have future career opportunities for growth minded individuals.

Must be available weekends and evenings.
