Additional information about Agora can be found at [please apply online] ideal inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls and emails per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Agora is a custom business, understanding the capabilities of the business is the most important part of the job. We don’t sell a product, but a service to our customers from design to manufacturing to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Researching and qualifying new leads
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets
• Daily follow-up on all new sales / customers
• If successful, opportunity to work with strategic account managers to help grow their accounts

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Proven inside sales experience (0 – 3 years’ experience)
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Some travel to key customers will be needed
• Will train as needed to help be successful
• Will need to spend time training in manufacturing to understand all processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $39,500.00 per year
