DESCRIPTION:

The Market is located at the front of our Royal Pets Market & Resort stores and is the retail side of our business. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be our customers' first and last impression and point of contact. We train our Customer Service Team Members to be product knowledge experts on the products, pet nutrition, and services we offer to help educate and inform our customers on how they can improve the quality of their pet's life.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

As a retail and service-related business, we are open 7 days a week and look for open availability that includes weekends & holidays. Must be able to train for up to two weeks at our Palm Harbor & St. Pete locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
