Responsibilities:

• Speak with customers on the phone.
• Answer questions and respond to complaints.
• Provide assistance to customers over the phone.
• Prepare calls for sales training and development.
• Prepare sales reports for manager review.
• Follow up on leads and meet with potential clients to present products or services.
• Participate in sales-related training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,388.00 - $61,776.00 per year
