Plumbing Department Lead Opportunity

Job Summary

Greet and assist all guests of Mountain Hardware and Sports connecting them to the proper product and/or service. Maintains current knowledge, stock, and organization of all products and services associated with the plumbing department. Assists management with daily store operations and supervision of co-workers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for knowledgeable customer service of plumbing department products
• Maintenance of signage and bin labeling
• Improving and developing the merchandising and product mix of the plumbing department
• Ability to think creatively with merchandising and displays
• Ordering and inventory control
• Researching special order requests
• Product evaluation and recommendation
• Providing support to other departments
• Flexibility with scheduling to provide coverage within the store teams when necessary

• Point of Sale system knowledge is a plus
• Previous plumbing, hardware, and tools knowledge desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $29.50 per hour
