Expert Staffing is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking a Direct Hire Sales Representative in the Worcester, MA area.

The primary responsibility is leading the development of new direct hire business by initiating the sales process with prospective clients by scheduling appointments with decision-makers and decision-influencers within a prospective company, and ultimately securing the business relationship.

Preferably, the Direct Hire Sales Representative will commute daily to one of our two Worcester locations, however working out of another one of our offices in Leominster, Lowell, or Lawrence is also possible. The Direct Hire Sales Representative will report to the VP of Business Development.

• Support positive relationships (internally and externally) for the benefit of the organization and inspires others to do the same

Job Requirements:

• Must have previous sales experience in the Staffing Industry (minimum 1 - 3 years)
• Aggressive prospecting (cold calling)
• Exceptional presentation and closing skills
• Demonstrated success in new business development
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives
• Maintaining a professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with a "Can do" attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficient
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
• B2B sales experience required
