GENROSE Stone + Tile part of Ferazzoli Imports of New England (F.I.N.E) is seeking a full time sales associate for its Flooring Showroom located in Malden MA. The ideal candidate will have previous sales of flooring and wall covering using Tile, Harwood, Carpet and LVT. Posses design knowledge along with remodeling and new home construction procedural knowledge.

Skills :
1) Ability to listen and ask the correct questions needed to extrapolate the customers visions while turning them into a space that they will love for years to come.
2) Ability to work with multiple customers at one time and accurately document each customers needs.
3) Ability to adapt showroom samples to customers needs and desires
4) Ability to learn computer software that will enhance the customers shopping experience.
5) Ability to process all transaction efficiently and in a timely manner
6) Ability and Desire to learn industry trends and procedures

This position is an hourly rate + commission
