Job Description:

Salary base pay plus UNCAPPED commissions on WRITTEN SALES.

We are seeking a result-driven retail Sales Associate. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers in our furniture showroom to determine needs, answer questions about our products and recommend right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer objections and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and possess strong communication and follow thru skills. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting your individual and store sales goals.

Expectations:

• Take a consultative selling approach to building customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and within a team selling atmosphere.
• Professional interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent listening skills
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
• Guaranteed base salary plus commission. Average sales associates earn $65,000/year. Top performers earn in excess of $100,000

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years sales and/or design experience.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes one evening per week and Saturdays.
• Professional dress required.
• Proficient computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
