Rapidly Growing Company – Looking for a Vice President of Sales Executive/ Personal Assistant!

We are a full-service marketing company that produces postcards, brochures, business cards, graphic design, webpages, and more! We are looking for an Exec Assistant for our VP Sales!

Our VP Sales, has been with PostcardMania for 20 years! We are looking for the perfect person as her Executive Assistant. Among the many things that she needs help with are some medium and large-scale projects, some every day admin tasks, organizing, implementing new processes and helping with personal errands.

We are looking for someone that is a self-starter and can help keep extra traffic off of her plate. She is looking for the right person to help her manage a large portion of our company :)

We are looking for that awesome someone who we can keep forever and wants to grow with the company.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Fast learner

· Positive attitude, self- starter and strong ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively

· High duplication

• Not afraid to ask questions so as to achieve a full understanding of a project/task

• High level of communication, no back off on talking to customers or other staff

• Knowledge of computers, including working confidently with Word, Excel and power point a plus

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

• Executes planning effectively, not afraid to follow up to gain compliance to executive orders.

· Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license

WORK HOURS

This a full-time office position, Monday - Friday from 9-6 pm with an hour for lunch.

COMPENSATION

$18/ hour to start
