When you work a job as a teacher, a barista, or any office job, you get to meet a LOT more people in a more natural way - making your job as a real estate agent even easier!

Criteria for a successful real estate professional would include: a great work ethic, determination, an engaging personality, integrity, tech/computer skills, strong communication skills, self-motivated & driven. Sales experience is a real plus!

We are a supportive company, offering a variety of commission splits, E&O insurance, customizable & branded marketing materials, interactive agent websites, and so much more.

Responsibilities would include providing guidance and assistance to buyers and sellers of real estate, negotiating successful transactions, consulting individuals on market conditions, prices, mortgages, etc., and being fair and honest throughout the consumer's experience… just to name a few.
