Full description of the position

- Must be comfortable navigating in Electronic Health Record systems (EHRs)

- Must have the ability to manage a base of 150 clinics

- Basic understanding of billing codes / successful billing / billing collection

- Clinic onboarding - ie: getting new clinics set up on RPM and CCM

- Must be familiar with Google Suite, LastPass, [please apply online] [please apply online] and Fellow and must be proficient in HubSpot.

- Regularly manage and facilitate meetings - including setting an agenda, taking action items and meeting notes.

- Must be comfortable dealing directly with clients over the phone, SMS and email.

- Customer-facing role - must build meaningful relationships with Accuhealth providers

- Positive attitude, teamplayer (whether the leader or a member of the team)

- Proven ability to demonstrate organization, effective time management, prioritization of tasks and ability to assign tasks and follow up to see them completed.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution - experience dealing with disgruntled customers to resolve customer issues.

- Ability to work with technical teams to achieve desired results

- Keep clients engaged, build customer loyalty and reduce churn

- Keep a "high-level view" of support tickets and the entire support process

- Fast learner who can foster a customer-centric team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
