As a Call Center Representative, also referred to as an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer orders, verifying information, and exceeding customer expectations by providing exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
• Interact with a high volume of customers daily to process orders, answer questions, and help with overall needs
• Maintain knowledge of KSI services and products

• 
  Call center experience preferred
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• Automotive industry knowledge a plus
• Bilingual highly desired
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

• Hourly pay rate ranging from $16-$18 based on experience
• Monthly Incentives: Available after 90 days of employment, based on performance.
