Ingram Park Auto Center (IPAC) Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for a competitive, motivated, team driven, professional to join our team in a full-time capacity as the Manager in our Business Development Center (BDC).

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Automotive BDC experience
• Able to manage a staff of 4-8 BDC Agents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Knowledge of VinSolutions CRM is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus.
