The Knight Group is family owned/operated for over 50+ years. We have over 850 New/200 Pre-Owned Vehicles to sell from, and a very supportive management team.

We are looking for an ambitious, and energetic, Internet Sales Manager to help us handle our clientele at our Elk Grove Dodge location. We average 130+ leads per person.

At this time, we are taking applications from individuals with previous Automotive Sales experience.

Responsibilities

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

· Arrange meetings with prospective clients

· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Skills

· Proven working experience as an Internet Sales Manager, sales executive or a relevant role

· Proven sales track record

· Experience in customer support is a plus

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

· Market knowledge

· Communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to build rapport

· Time management and planning skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
