Sales Support Representative

As a Sales Support Representative, you will: Assist sales with opportunity management as they progress through their pipeline, while acting as the primary point of contact throughout the order process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist outside reps with sales pipeline updates
  • Create and manage quotes and orders
  • Manage internal requests from the sales team
  • Gather details and ensure process is moving efficiently
  • Read construction docs
  • Provide submittals as requested
  • Create and manage tasks in Salesforce
  • Run reports from Salesforce
  • Provide additional support to sales team as requested

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service or Inside Sales role
  • Highly organized with great time management skills
  • Goal oriented with strong decision making skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and orders from start to finish
  • High energy level paired with curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently but also thrive in a team environment
  • Persistent in following up detailed issues to conclusion
  • Ability to recognize and prioritize critical tasks
  • CRM experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
