There is no maximum number of leads that you can have per month, it is up to you on how much you want to grow your business.

Hands-on Training and Mentorship are huge when it comes to growing your real estate business and the market is always changing! Our Owner and Leadership Team are available for questions in real-time. You learn by asking questions and the obstacles that come up as you go along. You also have a great team behind you that are beyond supportive and will help you along the way. So many areas are available to choose from! We're looking for agents in Outagamie, Calumet, Winnebago & Brown County. Additionally, we have a secondary office in Brookfield, WI and looking for Agents in the surrounding counties!

Earning potential is up to You! We help you set your income goals and then come up with an action plan to get you there. Your broker and leadership team are there every steps of the way to cheer you on and keep you on track!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
