The Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump is currently accepting applications for the position of Association Sales Manager. As an Association Sales Manager, you will fully support the Sales team - from administrative, customer service, and sales lead development perspectives - to develop future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

• Identify and establish new contacts and business relationships
• Develop and secure rooms and catering sales leads
• Respond daily to sales opportunities
• Develop promotions and packages
• Support basic sales functions for the Sales Team
• Assist on special projects
• Produce proposals and agreements to clients
• Track and produce accurate and timely reports for the Sales Team and Management.
• Monitor customer service regularly and resolve outstanding issues to ensure future business.
• Create exceptional guest and client experiences.
