Sales Associate - Full Time / Permanent

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ Years experience working in sales and/or customer service.
• Personable with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Believes in the power of positivity.
• Skilled in organization, time management, and prioritization.
• Ability to think strategically and offer effective solutions.
• Able to work alongside a team and independently to complete projects.
• Proficient with PC operating systems & Microsoft programs: Word & Excel
• Eager to learn and acquire new skills.

BONUS:

• Experience in the children's product industry.
• Experience using Quickbooks, Fishbowl, or Zendesk.
• Experience with EDI programs: Convictional, Fabric Marketplace (Previously known as RevCascade), Mirakl, and Ship Station.
• Knowledge in integrations.
• Passion for sustainable living.

Responsibilities

• This is an in-office position based in Sacramento, California, Monday through Friday. 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific Time.
• Fulfill orders through email and EDI Platforms (Convictional, Fabric Marketplace (Previously known as RevCascade), Mirakl, and Ship Station.)
• Communicate with PlanToys business partners.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional service to the PlanToys community through phone, email, and live chat.
• Fulfill replacement orders and assist with monthly customer care analytics, (identifying trends and reporting data to our Quality Control team in Thailand.)
• Manage replacement part inventory.
• Assist with developing operating procedures and offer effective solutions to grow and deliver positive change to ALL departments.
• Work alongside PlanToys retail and dropship partners: processing orders, answer questions, and solve problems.
• Adapt to technical changes and train new hires.
• Part-time assistance with marketing and social media may be involved.
• Traveling and trade-show participation may be involved.
