The Position: Bi-lingual Sales Associate for a quickly scaling importing, manufacturing and distribution company that sells to distributors in the spa and medical spa industry.

Sales Representative Job Description:

In this role, you will be locating distributors who want to import and sell our brands in their country. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, easily forms relationships, has tech capabilities and sales experience. You will be setting up these accounts and maintaining them. This is a salaried position plus commissions that are unlimited. There will be some travel to trade shows.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Find domestic and global distributors for our brands.
• Close sales by building rapport with potential distributors; explain product, benefit and profit; overcome objections; and maintain account relationships.
• Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products as we acquire them.
• Create client retention by offering experts to consult customers and constant support.
• Stay current on all market trends and how our brands can meet the needs of our customers.
• Adhere to EF Tropics policies and protocols.

Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:

• Education/ Experience: 5 years previous sales experience required.
• Communication Skills: Honest representation of the E.F. Tropics brands. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and management. Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to multitask, while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
• Other Skills: Enthusiastic, self motivated, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to build new business relationships.

About EF Tropics:

Expanding global distribution company in the spa and medical spa industry.

Sales Representative Compensation:

Salary plus commission

$45,000 plus 8% of initial order and 5% of reorders ongoing.

After 90 trial period there will be a review and the company will introduce a sales quota for the next quarter. After that sales quotas will be examined every 6 months.
