Mercury Print Productions is looking for an experienced Wide Format Sales Representative to join our team!

We are in search of a full-time, experienced, sales representative with knowledge of the wide format print industry that is actively working a current wide format customer base.

The right candidate needs to be motivated, self disciplined and enjoy cold calling. It would be beneficial if the person carried a book of business and/or has experience servicing small chain retail outlets, restaurants, the entertainment industry and other organizations whose marketing efforts include signage, banners, window clings and other forms of POP displays. This person will also have the ability to cross sell, utilizing our full scope of sheet-fed and digital printing capabilities, including mailing services! This person will be able to work from the office but also able to work remotely from home.

Our objective is to find an individual who is driven and excited about selling our wide format services and growing that portion of our business.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (flexible hours may be required to accommodate customer needs)
• Location: Rochester Tech Park, 2332 Innovation Way, Bldg 4, Rochester, NY 14624
• Pay: $45k - $150k (commission based with weekly draw)

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with qualified customers that require repeat wide format printing services.
• Achieve agreed upon sales goals
• Increase and grow sales by identifying worthy prospect, cold calling, up-selling and cross selling
• Prepare and conduct client presentations
• Prepare estimates and client contracts
• Submit sales status and projections upon request.
• QC and submit timely invoicing
• Keep accurate records and receipts for business expenses
• Participate in marketing events such as trade shows
• Ability to travel as needed

• Qualifications:
• All employees must be reliable, willing to learn, highly motivated, eligible to work in the US and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be working with a current customer base that requires wide format print services.
• Must have working knowledge of wide format printing and a good understanding of all other facets of the printing industry.
• Must be energetic, intelligent, motivated, team-oriented, display strong communication skills and have good computer skills.
