Job duties:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist Global Procurement Manager in developing, implementing, and communicating the division-wide Global Finance Services and Indirect Procurement strategies

• Maintain the ability to adapt in a timely fashion to a changing business climate to successfully execute to a diverse range of enterprise initiatives

• Own the customer relationship management and cross organizational alignment with the category teams for all their facilities

• Understand customer needs to insure the most value-added relationships

• Develop, mentor, and train personnel capable of delivering customer value using the highest ethical and professional standards

• Drive compliance to corporate and regional laws and regulations

Basic Requirements:

• Previous procurement experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• A minimum of eight to ten years of progressively responsible job-related experience

• Extensive experience and knowledge of governmental, environmental, political, and geographic factors that influence a supply base

• Communication and negotiation skills

Top Candidate Will Also Have:

• 3-5+ years as a manager of individual contributors

• Manufacturing facility operations knowledge and understanding is preferred

• Experience in other disciplines
