Throughout this training process you will spend time learning everything from our Warehouse, Counter Sales and Operations to our Customer Service and Sales roles all while learning the products we provide to many essential businesses and our diverse customer base.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES: WAREHOUSE/DRIVING TRAINING

• Learn how to provide excellent delivery service to our local customers
• Learn how our warehouse is organized and our stocking strategies
• Correctly place material on our warehouse shelves
• Accurately place material with it's sales register

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES: COUNTER SALES TRAINING

• Interact with customers
• Provide solutions to their material needs
• Develop rapport with customers
• Learn products, uses and applications
• Begin to provide added value with creative solutions

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES: OPERATIONS TRAINING

• Train on the importance of efficient operations
• Learn the duties of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Spend time purchasing for our local inventory
• Keep sufficient inventory for our customer on hand

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES: INSIDE SALES

• Provide detailed quotations to our customers
• Learn the different roles and understanding of customer goals
• Develop relationships with customers through quality service
• Discover large opportunities and coordinate with internal specialists
• Maintain and grow customer sales by solving their problems
• Learn Royal's Services offerings to provide complete solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20-25 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We have limited staff in office, masks mandatory, gloves available, distanced work stations. A start date would be agreed upon by both parties.
