We are one of the most respected and fastest growing home improvement companies in California and Texas and we are looking for 2 recruits to join our team. We offer full training for the job and have experience turning out the highest paid reps in the industry.

We have a marketing department that supports our sales team with 2-3 selling opportunities per day every day of the week.

This position requires travel and weekend availability.

-Average commission is 11% and up to 20%

-Average reps make about $120k/year and our top reps make $250-$300k

-Weekly spiffs

-Monthly bonuses

-Good and consistent commissions

-We will train

-Bilingual is a plus!
