Parker Pawn & Jewelry is seeking self-motivated and competitive candidates who are looking for a career in the sales industry. The position requires someone who has strong negotiating skills, and the desire to work hard and set and achieve goals consistently. Sales/Retail experience is a plus.

We are currently hiring for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions.
Saturday availability is a MUST.

You must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Please note we do not hire store-specific. Availability to commute to and work at all three of our stores is a MUST.

Parker Pawn & Jewelry Sales and Lending Associate's duties include (but are not limited to):

• Customer service and sales
• Lending monetary value for items pawned
• Collections
• Evaluating merchandise for purchase or sale
• Keeping up with sales trends
• Meeting personal sales goals set by management
• Attention to detail
• Product knowledge (ex. include jewelry, electronics, gas & lawn equipment, computers and tools)
• Testing of merchandise
• Lifting 40lbs
• Standing for extended periods
• Computer literate
