Studio Designs, Inc. is a fast-growing company in the Art, Office, and Home furniture industry. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Manager that has the ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• New account set-up and agreements.
• Customer website analysis, cost analysis for pricelists, inventory reduction sales pricing.
• Weekly and quarterly promos, direct communication with buyers, upkeep of new item set-up to accounts.
• Inform customers of all sales promotions and new items
• New item set up, maintenance and pricing distribution for all assigned accounts.
• Proactively call and email assigned accounts for repeat business and grow sales.
• Support/Assist EVP of Sales and President
• Communicate with buyers for accounting issues when escalated to higher level.
• Process International orders and documentation for International Customers
• File LTL freight claims on damaged shipments as needed.
• Negotiation with freight carriers, contract setup with new or existing carriers.
• Cost analysis for pricelists, inventory reduction sales pricing.
• Review customer portals for issues and solve or follow through.
• Customer Service LTL order entry for new orders and back orders.
• Assist and help coordinate Tradeshows Events, if needed.
• Routing and Communication with carriers, if needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
• Knowledge of E-Commerce
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office and meet deadlines.
• Full competence and experience in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
• Well organized and detail-oriented is a plus.
• Time management and accuracy skills are a must.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• High School diploma required.
• Some college is required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
