Job DescriptionWe are looking for candidate with at least 3 years of Sales Representative / Customer Service experience.

Job Overview:

As an Account Sales Representative experience, you will be responsible for preparing price quotes, following up with customers, set production schedule, converting quotes to orders, calling customers to make sure they are satisfied with the service.

Responsibilities

· Strong ability to prepare quotes and securing orders.

· Close sales through inbound and outbound via phone, email and chat.

· Strong written and verbal communication skill

· Actively listen to each customer with patience and courtesy

· Must have strong customer follow ups skills.

· Receives, researches, and answers customer questions regarding accounts, products, prices and services offered, via telephone

· Must be able to successfully work under deadlines and meet or exceed monthly/weekly quotas.

· Weekly, reviews customer sales needs and goals, and account relationships.

· Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.

· Perform all other office tasks as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

· 3+ years of Sales / Customer Service Representative experience.

· Must have outstanding punctuality and attendance.

· Professional oral and written communication skills

· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Good negotiation skills.

· Possess a positive attitude, credible and confident telephone manner.

· Ability to work independently and with a team.

· Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
