3Q, Inc. is looking for a Business Sales Associate/Sales Representative to add to our already great team. We are a family-owned company and have been distributing, packaging, and assembling fastener and related components since 2003. We are looking for an individual to support and increase 3Q, Inc.'s customer base.

Responsibilities include:

• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and growing business relationships in the industrial and distribution fastener market
• Quoting of products and services to customers
• Grow existing business and add additional new business to current clients through goal planning and prospecting
• Support and maintain current 3Q, Inc. customers as directed by the sales department and management
• Develop sales and marketing materials promoting the strength of 3Q, Inc. including social media platforms
• Coordination and communication of customer requirements to the organization to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow and utilize the ISO9[please apply online] Quality Management Systems for continuous improvement in the organization

Qualifications:

• College degree or 3-4 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of fastener industry is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
• Willing to travel as needed to meet customer expectations
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude and attention to detail for profitability
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Maintain 3Q Inc.'s core values of working with respect and integrity
