St. Louis-based 75+year-old analytical instrument manufacturing company is seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide support to the Sales team.

Job Description:

• Coordinate, process, and provide follow-up on bids, contracts, and registrations.
• Update and manage price sheets.
• Coordinate our participation in over 75 trade shows per year, and the shipping of the required supplies and instruments to each of those shows.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• MS Outlook and MS Professional Office Suite experience
• Experience in CRM a plus
• Experience with trade show coordination
• Detail-oriented
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• General organization and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with inside sales, contracts (government contracts preferred), bids, and vendor registrations
