Veracity Window and Door, California’s Window and Door replacement experts are experiencing high volume growth and currently recruiting for several high-paying positions for experienced quality sales consultants. Prior home improvement sales experience is helpful along with solid communications skills, ambition, drive, integrity, and professionalism are required in order to be successful in this exceptionally high-paying position.

NO COLD CALLING! There never is a reason for cold calling because Veracity Window and Door generates all of our appointments through carefully selected advertising methods in order to generate the highest quality customer who will benefit the most from the highest quality company and the products that we sell. Our customers are searching us out in order to find the highest quality windows and doors that will enhance the beauty of their home for decades to come. As a sales consultant, you will be working with and training by some of the top professionals in the industry with the opportunity to service the needs of our customers with some of the top-rated window and door brands like Infinity from Marvin.

We seek highly motivated individuals to fill this position. Our sales force is made up of top performers that are highly compensated and earn by selling the most recognized and industry-leading brands in the market.

Our sales consultant visit our customers in their home, identify their needs and help them to choose the right products, colors, styles, and options that will best fit the needs of their home.

We are seeking out talented individuals with successful consultative sales experience. You must have the ability to build trust and develop rapport with customers quickly, displaying motivation and drive with a history of the top results.

The first four weeks are spent in training learning about the products and our proven sales methods along with classroom training and running appointments to our customers’ homes. Our Sales Manager is a top professional with over 40 successful years in this business as a trainer, sales manager, and entrepreneur. He will be by your side coaching and teaching you to build the skills and confidence you need in order to get the results you strive for!

· Complete knowledge of all Veracity Window and Door products

· Proficiency at measuring and assessing insert windows

· Arriving at the customer's home completely prepared and on-time 100% of the time

· Meeting Veracity Window and Door’s qualifications and skill requirements

· College degree preferred, High school diploma a must

· Reliable vehicle valid driver's license is required

· Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends

· Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently
