We are currently looking for skilled Inbound Sales/Customer Service Representatives (full and part-time to join our team). This position supports the business by engaging with customers to provide information in response to service inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. The team member should have strong phone communication skills and be proficient in computer data entry. They will be integral in maintaining loyal customer relationships. This position will be based in our Richmond, Virginia location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving sales through up-selling and cross selling techniques as well as delivering exceptional customer service.
- Requires an intimate knowledge of the products or services being sold. Great communication skills and sales experience.
- Establishes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly goals by using sound telephone skills
- Identifies opportunities to upsell.
- Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing, customer relation, and complaints.
- Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Pay close attention to details
- Responsible for maintaining and updating customer files.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and provide a response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Facilitate sales of all services according to company requirements.
- Performs all follow up for all outbound calls.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to provide the highest quality of service to the customer.
- Listen to individuals on the telephone while at the same time navigating screens and entering the information they provide.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- School of Hard Knocks Welcomed
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Explain product and service offerings to new customers (telephone & email)
- Proficiency with the all Microsoft Office platforms
- Execute marketing initiatives (social media, trade shows, and special events)
