Experienced Real Estate Closing Agent/Escrow Officer Wanted

A fast-paced and growing real estate title company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Agent/Escrow Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a pre-closer or closing agent assistant and be familiar with the real estate closing process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and conducting real estate closings
• Preparing and reviewing closing documents
• Communicating with real estate agents, lenders, and clients to ensure a smooth closing process
• Ensuring all closing documents are properly executed and recorded
• Resolving any title issues and preparing title insurance policies
• Maintaining accurate and complete closing files

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a pre-closer or closing agent assistant
• In-depth knowledge of real estate closing procedures and laws
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work in person at our office location

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
