  • Close business from Net New as well as Existing Accounts

What makes a successful Sales Rep with Western States?
  • Looking for a success-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. After completing our comprehensive training 8 12-week training program, you will be placed in the open territory where you will work with your Manager Regional Sales and the Manager National Sales to call on existing accounts and more importantly, develop new business opportunities and customers. Once placed in the territory as listed above, our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for envelope and label sales, job estimating, and territory management.
What else would I be responsible for?
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products/pricing structure and deliver exceptions customer service and solutions.
  • Service and grow sales of existing accounts, identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business within territory.
  • Determine customer needs, propose solutions, prepare and deliver quotes and follow up with key decision-makers.
  • Utilize the companys CRM [please apply online] on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, and identifying customer opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly. Understand the basic principles of printing, of paper, and postal specifications.
  • Regularly communicate with sales management to review sales activity, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers leading to meet or exceed your annual sales plan.
