Retail Sales & Wellness Concierge

The Retail Sales & Wellness Concierge is responsible for the front-of-house reception of clients, registration, scheduling, service sales, retail sales, and concierge level complex scheduling and coordination of PALM Health services for members. This includes greeting clients and members, answering and returning phone calls, orienting new clients, and assisting members and guests with questions regarding services and products. This position requires the ability to provide genuine hospitality. Strong computer and software experience and problem solving are a must. Weekend availability required.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 2+ years' experience in reception or call center experience (preferred)
• 2+ years; experience in hospital, hotel, hospitality, or spa (preferred)
