Pearce Bespoke Franchising is growing and we are coming to St. Louis, MO! To prepare for our arrival, we are looking for talented sales people to join the team. We are wanting "go getters" who take pride in the way they dress and look. We offer our sales people a 50% profit split as well as several pieces of free bespoke clothing to wear while selling. This is a fun, feel-good business. We sell confidence.

This position is commission only.

Clothier (Sales Representative Responsibilities):

• Hosting "trunk shows" at law offices, banks, financial advisors, country clubs, whiskey lounges, cigar lounges, realty offices, insurance agencies
• Measure clients / learn about their style preference (Our team will train on this)
• Guide clients on style selection (Our team will train on this)
• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
• Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling bespoke suits, sport coats, shirts, and trousers to new and existing customers.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field is preferred.
• Proven outside sales experience.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• No sewing experience needed
• No clothing experience needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
