Our agency is currently seeking to add a highly energetic and motivated Agency Producer to our team.

As an Agency Producer, you’ll join a team of professionals and assist in achieving weekly business goals while also building strong relationships with clients and improving the community around you!

Responsibilities for this position include maintaining our marketing systems, setting appointments and selling policies for all the products we offer.

The environment can be fast paced and the individual needs to have a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to change. The position requires a reliable, dependable, and responsible individual who is able to commit to a long-term working relationship.

No prior insurance or sales experience is required but the ability to obtain a New York Property & Casualty license is mandatory.

Duties include:

• Assisting in managing weekly marketing systems
• Actively soliciting expiration dates for new clients
• Writing new business on all products we offer
• Actively participating in community events promoting agency
• Meeting or exceeding monthly production goals

Requirements:

• Proficient with basic computer applications
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
