The company is hiring a Key Account Executive to join us in our Pomona office. The main objective of this position is to support the owner in business, handle key account activities, work with operation team in the US, and coordinate with office in China. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, attention to detail, and have advance excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle activities of a key account
• Follow up on orders and key customer needs
• Coordinate operation teams in US and China
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
• Support the owner in business

Requirements

• A minimum of BA/BS degree with related working experience preferred
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suites
• Experiences with major ERP systems preferred
• Comfortable working with teams in different cities
• Travel may be required
