We are looking for a Membership Sales Consultant on a full-time basis based out of our Elk Grove location.

Availability:

• Full-Time, 40+ hours a week, with some overtime - ask your interviewer!
• Schedules vary within these times, depending on club chosen, ask your interviewer:
  • Shift 1: Monday – Tuesday (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM), Saturday & Sunday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required depending upon club - ask your interviewer

Job Summary:

Meets sales goals through lead generation and prospecting as well as supporting other departments in member retention

Accountabilities:

• Provides quality presentations and tours to prospective members and their families
• Exercises professionalism and ethical behavior at all times
• Displays a positive attitude toward all members, guests, and staff
• Maintains and enforces the highest level of customer service at all times while complying with company policy and procedures
• Works overtime when needed
• Enters all leads, sales, contracts, waivers, guest passes, etc. into appropriate systems
• Conducts locker room checks and other actions to ensure a clean club. Participates in regular cleaning of work and office areas as required.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance
• Travels as needed to different locations while maintaining a valid driver’s and insurance, along with the ability to transfer to other CFF locations
• Communicates effectively with members, coworkers and supervisor verbally and in writing
• Works in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Follows all health and safety requirements such as, but not limited to, physical distancing, regular surface cleaning, cough/sneeze etiquette, regular hand washing, and not coming to work when sick
• Promptly and thoroughly reviews all requested health and safety training provided, asking questions for any topic not clearly understood
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience preferred, specifically as it relates to prospecting, lead generation, indoor and/or outside sales

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Current driver’s license and insurance
