Solco Biomedical is looking for a Regional Sales Manager/Director level to join our Sales team. The sales territory will cover the Mid and East region and will report to the President.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and execute sales projections, plans, marketing strategies and budgets.
• Must have creative sales instincts, strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies.
• Drives selling activities within the Region through distributor channels and surgeon partnerships, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
• Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
• Responsible for the Regions’ forecasting and sales tracking.
• Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques/programs to increase the region's sales volume.
• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
• Work closely with Customer Service and operations to maximize customer experience, value and impact.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and is able to execute upon them.
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Cascade information to corporate marketing and sales operations.
• Provides regular sales reports to President.
• Responsible for overall sales expanding range of products and meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years in the spinal device industry preferred.
• Management experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in using a computer required. Familiarity with common software programs (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.

Travel Percentage: Up to 70%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
