America's Choice is currently on the hunt for a charismatic, state-licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team and will be tasked to handle the purchase and selling of properties from our private inventory to interested buyers. Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify, research, and close properties with private and public partners.
• Generate leads and reach out to potential clients to determine properties they are interested in, budget, and specifications.
• Assist clients with site visits and model unit viewings, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Meet with buyers and present proposals with up-to-date quotations.
• Advise clients regarding their real estate investments to set expectations regarding prices, market conditions, and mortgages.
• Meet and exceed minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics.

Real Estate Agent Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced working environment.
• Flexible and can adapt to sudden changes.
• Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
