America's Choice is currently on the hunt for a charismatic, state-licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team and will be tasked to handle the purchase and selling of properties from our private inventory to interested buyers. This is a perfect opportunity for professionals or recent graduates who are looking for a challenging, rewarding, and fast-growing career.

NON LICENSED? America's Choice has a licensing process available for the right people who align with our company culture and who are new to the industry.

Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify, research, and close properties with private and public partners.
• Generate leads and reach out to potential clients to determine properties they are interested in, budget, and specifications.
• Assist clients with site visits and model unit viewings, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Meet with buyers and present proposals with up-to-date quotations.
• Advise clients regarding their real estate investments to set expectations regarding prices, market conditions, and mortgages.
• Meet and exceed minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics.

Real Estate Agent Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced working environment.
• Flexible and can adapt to sudden changes.
• Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
