Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to generate and maintain new and existing revenue sources by identifying and securing contracts with customers and referrals from clinical partners, while promoting recurring revenue through membership program development. This position will report directly to the CEO and President of REMSA Health and have a shared responsibility between supporting multiple departments of the Company to include Care Flight, Ground Operations & Public Relations.

• Lead or assist to develop, implement and update business development plan to promote Care Flight and REMSA Health's membership plans, and participate as a key ambassador to promote REMSA Health in the Communities it serves.
• Lead or assist to develop and prioritize list of current and potential customers; coordinate market research including development of customer profiles; maintain database for contract renewals.
• Responsible for contacting potential clients and key personnel through various forms such as cold calling, emails or other written communication, and personal visits while promoting our Company to those potential clients.
• Pro-actively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Lead or assist to develop and maintain strategic relationships with current and potential partners and customers.
• Lead or assist to coordinate customer service follow-up; report customer service problems, issues and concerns; provide feedback loops with customers, patients and the community; conduct, analyze and develop recommendations for customer feedback surveys; assist in integrating feedback with clinical operations; monitor patient satisfaction results.
• In partnership with the Public Relations Department, develop and maintain community relations activities for REMSA Health which generate broad community understanding and support for services; attend external events, committees and meetings; conduct air and ground ambulance program presentations and continuing education presentations as needed.
• Pursue regional and national fundraising opportunities and grant submissions.

• In partnership with the Public Relations department, develop promotional programs/advertising/public appearances along with the development and/or implement promotional items, presentations and informational brochures. Attend PR meetings and may assist the department with various projects and strategies.

• Lead or assist to develop and make presentations including community, customer; develop and design audio-visual tools.
• Lead or assist to analyze information/situations, project consequences of proposed actions, formulate alternative solutions and make appropriate responses or recommendations.

• Lead or assist to work collaboratively internally and externally to advance the objectives of the entire organization.
• Lead or assist to develop and maintain current customer and potential customer databases; develop, produce and analyze reports as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements

• A combination of sales, marketing, healthcare, EMS, flight or air ambulance background required.
• Two (2) year's business development, sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, public speaking and writing skills required.
• Valid driver license with clean history required.
• Ability to travel locally with use of personal vehicle.
• Self-starter requiring moderate to limited supervision and highly motivated.
• Experienced public speaker and/or educator. Able to lead others by example.
• Computer skills, with knowledge of applications for Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, Google Suite required.
• Must be able to display a positive and professional image.
