Solomon Contracting will be hiring 2 experienced remodeling salespeople in the next couple of weeks to kick off our 2023 year. To be considered you must have at least 5 years experience in selling multible building projects or builidng materials preferable in the St. Louis area. Must be able to navigate excel, word, Outlook and some QuickBooks. Must have a cell phone, late model vehicle.

You should be able to articulate your building knowlage on most possible remodeling projects with our customers face to face. Salespeople will then take the proposed project details back to office to calculate and prepare for customer. This is a sales job, meaning its not a guarantee. Successful candidates must understand how to overcome customer objections, be detail oriented and be able to write a scope of work that gives our customers the best solution based on the details.

If you are a burned out contractor or a trained salesperson, the opportunity is here. We have a solid repeat customer base plus we aquire new customers everyday. Solomon Contracting is growing. A successful salesperson could easily earn six figures.

Our base pay is a fair wage, plus our commission payout is fair too. We do not have a limit on what you can sell/make in a year. We also provide a modest fuel allowance.

Pay: $64,206.00 - $73,290.00 per year
