JOB SUMMARY:
Reverse Logistics manages the transportation, allocation and supply capacity for kegs, pallets and dunnage within the AB network, equating to over 50,000 shipments on an annual basis. The role of S&OE Manager (Sales & Operations Execution) is responsible for overseeing the strategy and operational execution throughout the 0-13 week time horizon.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support team members and stakeholders while navigating through operational challenges
  • Collaborate with planning, breweries, suppliers and other stakeholders to support production requirements
  • Oversee short-term inventory optimization and allocation strategies, operating as efficiently as possible
  • Build processes and routines to support efficient and sustainable ways of working across teams
  • Communicate operational risks and expectations to various internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage operational financial activity, invoice postings, and reporting on a routine basis
  • Lead the pallet audit process with wholesalers to monitor and financially reconcile pallet losses
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or similar studies
  • 2-5 years logistics planning or related experience
  • Experience and understanding of supply processes: planning, transport, inventory, etc.
  • Experience with planning processes (S&OE, S&OP, Forecasting)
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, enabling productive working relationships with business stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI etc.)
  • SQL and/or data modeling experience preferred
  • SAP purchasing process experience preferred
