AssuredPartners in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive that will support our Employee Benefits client service team in delivering insurance related transactions.

Summary: The Employee Benefits Account Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of clients' insurance needs. You will manage of a large book of assigned clients and partner with our sales team to drive exceptional client service delivery. This role is a client facing, risk management function.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic management of assigned book in conjunction with Producer to understand client's business and assist in developing EB programs and initiatives that support the client's goals and objectives; Coordinates and ensures a smooth transition process for new customers.
  • Delivers enrollment, benchmarking, financial and utilization data based on financial review standards and make recommendations as appropriate.
  • Identifies opportunities for adding other lines of coverage or services.
  • Educates clients concerning the regulatory environment and assists clients with compliance issues as necessary.
  • Coordinates and oversees the renewal process, including marketing activities, understanding underwriting and renewal development, and negotiating on behalf of client.
  • Ensures accuracy of all agency management system information for marketing, benchmarking and other purposes.
  • Assists in workflow review and improvement initiatives; Provides training.

Qualifications:

  • Active Life and Health License, required.
  • Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Agency Management Software, preferably EPIC or Sagitta
  • 3+ years of experience independently managing employee benefits clients, preferably in a broker or agency setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
