WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work side by side without landscape management team designing beautiful and unique hardscapes and landscapes.
• Assist crews in starting and completing projects
• Work hand in hand with our customers to help build their dream yards
• Develop hot leads from our programs and build new leads
• Work hard to make sales goals and help keep our company thriving
• Utilize CAD and design software to create first class design presentations

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• A degree in Horticulture and knowledge of plant varieties, types and hardiness
• Working knowledge of fertilization and turf management
• Thorough knowledge of hardscape and paver systems
• Experience with design software
• Experience with customer care and project management
• A team spirit and ability to work well with many types of people
• Flexible work attitude and willingness to do what is needed to ensure department success.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

• Base pay of $45000 to $55000 DOE and commission opportunity
• Full time year round work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
